1. What EarthFlight is

EarthFlight (“the game”, “we”, “us”) is a free, browser‑based entertainment game that visualises simulated and real‑world flight information on a 3D globe. It is a game of skill for entertainment only.

2. No real money · not gambling

The game uses in‑game “tokens” and “miles” that are play‑money only. They have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, sold, exchanged, transferred for value, or withdrawn as cash or any other asset. Nothing in the game constitutes gambling, betting, wagering, or a game of chance for money. You will never be asked to pay to play.

3. Eligibility

You must be old enough to use the internet in your country (and at least 13, or the minimum digital age where you live). If you are under 18, please play with a parent or guardian’s permission.

4. Your account

Watching is free and needs no account. To play, keep your progress, or use extra features you may create an account with an email address or a supported sign‑in provider. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time (see our Privacy Policy).

5. Acceptable use

• Don’t cheat, exploit bugs, or try to forge tokens or results.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse‑engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Don’t use the game for anything unlawful or to harass others.

We may suspend or remove access that breaks these rules.

6. Flight information

Flight data, routes, timings and weather shown in the game are simulated and/or illustrative and are provided for entertainment only. Do not rely on EarthFlight for real travel, navigation, or operational decisions.

7. Intellectual property

The game, its design, code and branding are owned by EarthFlight. Airline names, logos and trademarks shown belong to their respective owners and are used illustratively; their appearance does not imply endorsement.

8. Advertising

The game may display advertising and sponsor placements. Ads and sponsors do not endorse, and are not responsible for, the game, and vice versa. See For advertisers.

9. No warranty & limitation of liability

The game is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EarthFlight is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of a free entertainment game.

10. Changes

We may update these terms or the game at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
